What Parents and Students Need to Know:

Only 7th & 8th graders from these schools are invited to attend (no outside guests): Concordia Lutheran Seattle, Explorer’s West, Holy Family, Holy Rosary, Our Lady of Guadalupe, St. Anthony, St. Bernadette, St. Francis of Assisi, St. George, St. Joseph, St. Philomena, St. Therese, West Seattle Academy & Westside

Permission Slip – Students must have a properly signed permission slip, school picture ID or parent with ID.

Clothing/attire: Students are expected to use good judgment in the choice of their apparel. Clothing must be modest, clean, and in good repair. Clothing should not reveal undergarments. Clothing must be worn in the style for which they were designed; pants must be worn at the waist. No skintight or revealing items such as yoga pants. No spaghetti straps. Skirts, skorts, and shorts must be no shorter than 2” from the top of a student’s knee.                             SCHOOL DRESS CODE APPLIES.

Personal Items - Students are encouraged to leave possessions at home. Cell phones, cameras, bags/backpacks, purses, and coats must be checked at the door and will be returned when leaving.

Behavior: Students are expected to demonstrate honor and respect towards chaperones, teachers, volunteers, and other students. Students are expected to behave appropriately in dance, interactions with others, and towards property. If this expectation is not met, parents will be contacted, as well as the student’s school principal.

Students may ONLY leave the dance with the parent/guardian/assigned carpool parent listed on the permission form.

No re-entries will be permitted. Parents must enter the west gym doors to pick-up their student/s by 9:30 PM and exit through the east door. Signs will be posted.
